L’Oréal Professionnel Oxydant Creme Developer is a quality peroxide aimed to get the best results out of L’Oréal Majirouge, Majirel and Majirel High Lift colourants. Crème developer is a permanent developing crème that is mixed with hair colour to “lift” the hair to the desired colour.
